Thanks Anandi. I'm still not sure how I'm going to do it - my plan is to concentrate on the videos, but getting the audio sorted so that it's usable for both. Then - once I've written the first draft of the book (due August) - turn my attention to all that. It feels doable but at the same time a bit intimidating...
